Double nozzle height defference

Hi

I have a K8400 printer with double nozzle but there is a problem. the second nozzle hangs higher than the first one. I was wondering if there is a way to lock the second nozzle at tehe exact same height as the first nozzle.

IMHO that’s the biggest flaw in the original design, the best way I did before upgrading to a chimera head was to rebuild both the nozzles and making sure the PTFE tube inserted is the exact same length. And make sure both nozzles are the same height also. Shimming them never really worked for me.

You can insert thin cardboard washers above the PEEK tube to lower the higher nozzle.
