Do not connect to the mobile vm201

Hi, I just bought a VM201 and everything works fine from the computer and mobile with wiffi. But when I’m out wiffi coverage and data delivery to me I can not connect to the vm201.
The problem may be the port 9760 of the router that is not open???.

Yes that can be the cause.
Check if you port is forwarded.
Also use your external IP of your network when you try to connect to the VM201 with 3G/4G.
