DIY Mini Quadcopter - won't lift up stable

Hi,

Haven’t found any support related to the new DIY mini quadcopter kit yet.
I bought mine yesterday and assembled it. Today I tried flying with it but it seems that the back motors are running a little slower then the front ones because it will always lean to the back and can’t really lift up.
I checked if it’s a weight issue, but that’s not the case.
Moving the throttle to the frond also doesn’t help in keeping the drone stable.

Does anyone has any idea? Maybe a bad motor / not strong enough one I received in my kit?

Thanks in advance.

Hi
Do you feel resistance when manually rotating the propellers?
Check if the propellers aren’t pushed against the body of the quadcopter.
And if one motor has the wrong polarity or wrong propeller it will create a force in the wrong direction. Please double check

I had the same problem after a crash.
You can reset the Quadcopter by pushing the 2 joysticks to the bottom right until it beeps 2x.
It worked for me.
