I have used the Velleman k8061 for many projects in VBA in Access.
Sometimes when a software error happens and the debug window opens the connection to the board is lost and there is no way to reconnect to it. The only solution is to close Access and re-open it again. Any suggestion on how to solve the problem?
If not yet done, you can download and try this new software package for the K8061:

The package includes new driver and new DLL.
You have to remove the previous driver and install the new driver (v1.0.0.6) from this download package.
