Hi, thought i would share this
I want to print Ninjaflex and other flexible filaments and I was having problems with the extruders were they where, so I saw this on Thingyverse: type in dual hotend K8400 and it is the orange coloured one
So far I am more than happy, it seems to be coping with the extra weight, you do loose on x and y axis but not much, 10mm roughly, I forhot to check the z axis, but will upodate when I can, Im just waiting for the new nozzles to arrive and the Ninjaflex and I will see how it goes

I like that.
Since the design of the extruder is a pain to load you should download and print the load latch.
This makes it easier.
