My “maby stuped” question is… the 5mm at the top of my part"edge" get a realy nice finish, and the rest is not so good??
Anyone have an ide?

Does this happen everytime or only on this piece?
It looks a bit like general underextrusion with additional blobs on the bad part. If the good part came afterwards it could have been a partially blocked nozzle that fixed itself.
Did you hear any clicking from the feeder?

Yes i did hear some clicking feeder? Whats that?
Clicking normally means, that the feeder is slipping on the filament. This means it’s trying to feed more material than it can press through the printhead, which can be caused by a clogged nozzle.
Additionally the standard settings are a bit off. If this is PLA, try printing with 190° (the real temperatures are higher) and extrusion at ~70% in the tab in Cura settings. Don’t forget to hit save.
While you’re in there, change retraction to 3-4mm and retraction speed to 110-150mm/s
