Deflection While Printing

Dear Friends,

While printing my parts have deflection problem.
I saw this problem in the early layers of printing but I didnt stop printing because I want to see the results.
I think it is due to irregular heating or cooling. But I do not know the solution.

I am using glass and painter tape on the heated bed.
painters tape removes with the parts due to deflection.

Heated bed temp is 50 C and I am not using cooling fan (fan do not cools effectively)

What is your opinion about this problem.

There are some photos:

I Assume you mean the warped up edges?

If so, good cooling from layer 2 on will almost sure solve that.

Hy, are you printing in PLA or ABS ?
If ABS dont use cooling and also put more brim and bed heat arround 100.
If you have original PSU, you wont reach this temperature, then use ABS acetone mixture to prepare heat bed to have better stick.
Good luck

Yes, you are right. Real part should have totally planar surface.
But you can see that bottom edges shift up.

I am using PLA material. Extruder temp is 200C, and heated bed temp is 50C.

I just saw that you dont une fan ?
Try to add a large brim (10 oir 15) and the fan ON from 2nd layer

I have mine setup so the bed temp first layer is 50C all others 60C
Extruder temp 190C
Make sure there is no draft blowing on the printer.

I had to stuff cardboard into the ducts for the AC.
