DC-offset (DC-shift) voor pc generators

I have a PCSU200 where the function generator apparently doesn’t output DC voltage.

According to Velleman support:
Only the AC component of the library waveform is output.
The generator automatically ‘centers’ the AC component of the waveform so that DC component is about zero.

On a electronic forum I found out that very old generators already had DC-shift on it.
a) So I was wondering why it is not available on your hardware?
b) Is this because PCSU200 is only on USBpower 5V where a 10V shift is hard to realize?
c) Does any of Velleman function generator output DC voltage?

Thank you for the info.
