I just wanted to know the times that the support team (No forum support, the technical/parts support) are working.
Also - the estimate time from opening a ticket until getting an answer or support (i know it’s can be very different from one day to the other and it’s depends on how much work the team have to deal with, Just want to know in General).
Our customer support people work Monday to Friday, except on Belgian holidays.
Depending on workload, tickets are usually answered within 2-3 days.
Shipping of goods depends on availability.
Items are shipped with regular untracked mail.
Due to invoicing and location-specific issues, weather conditions, time of year, workload, etc…, we cannot provide shipping time estimates.
European customers usually receive their goods 2-10 days after shipping, depending on the above mentioned conditions.
