Cpu fail - k8061

Hi, I just build up brand new K8061 and instaled it to PC. After connecting and starting demo software board is recognized but have still problems with CPU FAIL message. All the outputs on that board are working properly (8x digital, 8x analog, PWM). But I can not read anything from inputs. (digital and analog). I tried it under WIN8 and WIN XP as well, but with the same result. Could you help me to solve this problem ???

When I connect 12Vdc -

LD13 - LD20 are ON
LD12 - RUN LED - IS FLASHING (every second)

When I connect USB cable -

LD13 - LD20 are ON
LD12 - RUN LED - IS ON PERMANENTLY
LD9 - IS ON PERMANENTLY
LD10 - IS ON PERMANENTLY

When I connect *GND from digital input to any of digital inputs LED on selected input chanell will switch OFF.

Please check the IC1 (opto coupler) right position.
Should be opposite compared to IC2.

I have chceked position of IC1 and IC2 and both are assembled according to manual. Still the same problem : CPU FAIL and can not read anything from DI or AI.

Please check all the soldering and all the components on the input and output side of IC1.

Thanks a lot. Now it works perfect. There was a problem with IC1.
