Hi, I have two K8200 kits and I built up one, I tried to connect to my laptop and the board wouldnt respond, I took the board out of the other kit and it then came up and worked, after much troubleshooting I then found out 5 of the 8 stepper motor boards were dead out of the box , just wondering how I can go about getting main board and the 5 stepper motor boards replaced under warranty please? I did buy another stepper motor board and got 1 printer going but having major dramas getting quality prints out, spent over $1200 AUD and nothing quality yet, very dissapointed. Thanks in advance.
