Connecting problems

I have a k8200 for 1 week. My problem is that it does not work. It is connected with the repeating host where it is connected. But nothing works. When I plug in the power cord flashing a green LED 2 times and when I put the USB cable to light up a red LED and a green LED but nothing moves. The Bolt-host I see the temperature of the heater bed and the extruder to 0 °

When you connect the printer, is there something displayed in the log under the 3D View?

Baudrate = 250000?
Correct com port chosen?
Reset on connect disabled?

Very strange problem which has not been reported before.
If the power supply puts out 21V, then there is definately a problem with it.
Hopefully it did not damage your main board aswell.
We’d suggest to return the power supply and the main board for inspection/repair/exchange.
