I want to connect digital output of my k8061 to the relay board shown on the picture using the same 12v power supply. What is the right way?

You can remove R1, R2 and BC548 from the relay board.
Connect the cathode of HL1 to the digital output of the K8061.
Connect the negative pole of your 12V power supply to the GND of the K8061 card.
