Hello,

I´m trying to configure VM 201 but the IP on the display (192.168.0.100) don’t works, and on the router I have the ip 192.168.1.200 appears that page prntscr.com/bimmo2
and I don’t now the access
My router is a Technicolor TG784n v3

Can you help me please

I think that the IP is fixed coming from the factory so you’ll have to connect to the VM201 to your pc/laptop directly and access it with ip adres 192.168.0.100
Then activate the DHCP feature and connect it again to your network and you’re should be good to go.

Isn’t the login described in the manual?
You can try to set it to factory defaults
