I have just started using the K8200. The instruction manual says download Repetier V0.84 however only newer versions are available.
Also which driver is best suited for the K8200 ?

You can download the version that was made for the K8200.
It contains the drivers and ini files.
However I think it only works on Windows 7

The best is to put the v2 directly
If you bought your printer recently, it already contains V2.
