I have tryed for a few weeks too connect Profilab with the Velleman K8061-2 kit.
If i start up the Velleman software “demo” i can see the inputs and startup the outputs,If i startup the “DIAG8061” the message “card not found” appears?
Is there anyone how can help me? Please.

If not yet done, you may try the newer driver and DLL.
Please download the package “K8061 driver update v4.0.0.0” from:
velleman.eu/support/download … 8061&type=
Unzip it and uninstall the old driver and install the driver v1.0.0.2 from this package.
Then use the DLL version 4.0.0.0 from this package.
Replace the old DLL with the new one in the folder SysWOW64 (64-bit OS), System32 (32-bit OS) and in your project folder if there too.
Important: Replace the old DLL with the new v4.0.0.0 in the folder \Diagnosis too.
After doing this the DIAG8061.exe should run OK.
