So i borrowed the hps140i from a friend of mine but it had to be shipped to me. problem being he failed to ship the charger and now the scope is dead, i have a 12v 500mA wall charger here that will fit. Can i use this charger?
A 12VDC power supply will cause the internal charge circuit to overheat.
You need 9VDC regulated. The absolute max. is 10VDC.
