Change motor y absisse

Hi
I need some help.
I wanted to know which motor i can use with the K8200.
I have a nema17 QUINTAT 17hs19-2004s1 but it doesn’t work.
Do i have to use the same motor ?

Here are the pecs for the motor that comes with the K8200.
If you can find a data sheet for the motor you have you can compare them.
BTW the part number for the K8200 motors are on the motor.
