Can't find/upgrade VM204

[color=#4080FF][i]I work very frequently with the VM204 Ethernet relay card.

Last week I ordered 4 new cards and two of them can’t be found on the network. When I power up the card the 3 leds instantly light up which isn’t normal.

When I try a factory the same problem persists. In boot loader mode it reacts more normal. The red led blinks and the other leds light up after a second or 2.

I tried to find the card via a NetScan tool, but no luck.

Is there something else I can do?

I normally needed this cards for the weekend.[/i][/color]

Did you try to update the firmware?

[color=#4080FF]I put it in bootloader mode but I can’t connect to it because it doesn’t get an IP-address.[/color]

With my other cards this isn’t the case.[/color][/i]

There’s something wrong with the hardware then.
Please return the units for repair/replacement
