To what directory did you unpack the firmware?
The marlin.ino is in that directory.
If Arduino is installed correctly, just doubleklick that file and it will come up in arduino.
cheers,
Christian

Look for a folder named marlin or similar in C:\program files\Arduino.
There you should find the marlin.ino then.
Otherwise try to find it by windows search. Mabe you accidetially put it somewhere else.
Anyway, working with projects directly in the programs folder is no good idea on windows.

Christian
Started with capter 2 choosing the firmware.
Downloaded the USB driver and connected the printer.
Made a new download from the Arduino site, used the link from the manual
Went tot previous releases to dowmload version 1.0.6 (tryed normal and zip file)
instaled Arduino without result, there is NO Marlin file or folder on my system.
Is there an other site to download the right software?
After reading a other topic I made the conclusion that I also had to download the firmware for the printer.
So after downloading the firmware and past the install steps my printer is working again.
Christian thanks for helping me.
