Hi,
I can connect to the printer, click home and it will move to “home”.
But I cant print, I cant control it manually.
The extruder shows room temp . If I press the extruder icon it will shut of after just a sec.
I get the error "printer software error “Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)”
Does anyone have an idea on whats wrong? I have tried almost everything…

Maybe reflash the firmware?
Check the heater and thermistor connections
Thermistor should be plugged into the center connection
There’s a new firmware (V1.1). Did you flash it already?
As Wrong Way said check the wirings.
Does the extruder warm up when you manually activate it? (careful : switch the fans on before switching the heater or you will melt down the plastic part of extruder!).
The printer was delivered with one extruder but flashed with software for two.
Maybe this is the way it should be but a bit strange I think.
But in their defence, I should read the manual more thoroughly.
Since you only have one print head you will need to flash it
You really need to read all of the instuctions.
At first power up you should have the print head unplugged.
