Cannot connect to PC, board blinking red and green rapidly

I was hoping someone might be able to help me out. I have been using the k8200 for years now with no issues what so ever. However today when I plugged the USB into the PC a window appeared stating that the device could not be recognized and may have malfunctioned. This is when I noticed the board blinking red and green at LD5 and LD6 (right next to where the USB cord connects to the board). I haven’t been able to find anything relating to this issue online. Any information would be very helpful. I’m curious if the board has just died?

Setup specs.
Mid range laptop, A10, 4gb ram, (same laptop that’s been running the printer since I got it).
Windows 10 (laptop was windows 7, but was upgraded last year, never had any issues while using windows 10)
Repetier Host
Stock K200, only with upgraded nozzle.

Thanks!

Unfortunately I have not heard of this either.
First thing you may want to do is check the pins of the USB connector on the board.
Make sure there are no broken solder connections.
