Can i use the software 2x

Like now i’m printing one object laptop and printer connected by USB.

Can i open another vertex repetier, to prepare a next printjob for an SD card?

The USB connection is far from reliable to print objects. Unless you’re using a correctly shielded cable.

Better way is to use 2 SD cards : one in the printer and the other to prepare your next job(s).
