CH1 offset at 5V/div : 161 OK
CH1 offset at 1V/div : 201 FAIL
CH1 Y-position low 0
CH1 Y-position mid 0
CH1 Y-position high 0
So it looks like I’m one step further, however I found the CD74HCT4052E getting hot.
Now I need to know how the CD74HCT4052E should be placed and how the CH1 offset at 1V/div :201 FAIL could be resolved.
Cause: IC1 in wrong position.
If not:
You can return the EDU09 for inspection/repair to your local Velleman dealer or direct to:

tell me one thing please , in the edu09 board theres contact from the bottom conections to upper conectios or we have to solder up side and in the down side of the board?
thank you
No need for extra configuration or driver to windows 8.

Have you checked the voltages on IC1 pins.
When the program is started, the voltages should be:1: 0V
Please check transistors T1 is BC337 and T3 is BC327.
If OK check also the soldering - no solder bridges.
