You was right 
My end stoppers were too low
I adjusted them like this:

Now print head do not bang anymore
After calibration i look X,Y and Z
They show all value +004.6
Also “calibration” “calibrate Center” and select Move Z
Is this value correct?
And can you please answer to this too:
What is idea of Vertex calibration “Calibrate X, Y or Z” selection?
Can i only look or can i adjust them and save them in memory
What is idea of Vertex “calibration” “calibrate Center” and select Move Z
