Calibrating the print settings for K8400 - Cura (OSX)

Hi,

Just finalised assembling the K8400 single extruder printer. After a few hours of tinkering, I’ve now managed to print my first model. I printed with Cura for OSX (v15.04.5) on my MacBook Pro (v10.11.4 - OS X Capitan). I printed with the USB cable, though I guess that doesn’t matter. I hope someone can help me finetune the settings in Cura for the best result possible. I hope and think it would be possible to improve my first model (see image below), see also screenprint of my Cura settings.

Is this the best result that I can get? Or do you guys have any suggestions on what I can improve
