Calibrating the extruder

I am using Repetier-Host v1.0.6 and I have seen people mention about calibrating the amount of filament extruded by changing the step/mm. Where can I find the setting within the software to do this?

Look under Config -> Firmware EEProm configuration.
If the fields don’t show values you’d have to reflash your firmware with

#define EEPROM_SETTINGS #define EEPROM_CHITCHAT
uncommented, to make it work.
