I have problem, printer does not work. In Repetier line written: Comunication timeout - reset send buffer block
Please anybody knows what is wrong?

Check your communication settings :
Baudrate: 250000
ResetOnConnect : disabled
BufferSize: 63
And check if you set the correct com port.
All is correct.
Another idea?

That is to problem, it’s just a name for the settings file.

No, I just put it together.

Then check if your 15V power supply is connected and working correctly.
Only USB power won’t work.
I cheched. It is 15V.
Is it problem in PC? PC find a USB port when I connect printer, but in Rapetier I think is not availabile, only default. How can I test if motherboard of printer good?

What com ports are available in repetier printer setting on the connection tab?
Is serial connection chosen under connector ?

Can you post a bit more of the error log, especially what happens after connecting the printer?
Try setting the Receive Cache Size to 127
