Hello Guy’s

Over the past few hours, while trying to print a job that is going to run for about 2.5 hours, I am getting the do a reset after the first few layers.

Could this be to a faulty Control Board?

Cheers
Brett

The brown out reset indicates a power problem.

Check if the +15V is connected correctly and if the screw terminal has no bad solder joints.

Do you print with the heatbed on?
Then it can be that the power supply drops out due to overload.
The stock supply is a bit weak to power both hotend and heatbed.

cheers,

Christian

Is this normal? Printer was working without any issues.

I have tried without Heat Bed and the same result. I have measurred volts while printing and power pack show 15.44V? So is it really the power supply
Regards
Brett

It is not neccesarily the power supply, but the most common cause.
I would suggest to recheck all wiring for intermittent shorts or misconnections.

Make sure the wires going into the blue connector are tight.
Check the solder joints as well
