Quick question, I am using green PLA at present for my first set of prints and every now and again I get a brown blob, I look at the extruder end and see no build up or sight of any brown and then again I get another.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?

Just a guess,
This maybe caused by some of the plastic sticking to the nozzle and burning at some time it may fall off due to shaking of the printer.
I always check the nozzle before I print.
If I see any I clean it.
