My son received the VR204 from his godfather as a belated new years gift. After assembly we noticed one of the servo’s wasn’t acting correctly, we did the centering different times no improvements. Result off-course that the bot would fall once in the random routine of the example program…
Looking closely to the suspected servo, we heard it didn’t make a similar sound as the others when it turns, so couldn’t resist to open it. And we found the culprit one of the internal gear wheels was simple broken!
So simple question: how can we get the servo unit replaced?
