Brain Game: LED and buzzer don't turn off

I built a Brain Game kit and assembled it. The LED and buzzer work fine when the cpu activates them. When I go to press the switch though the LED and buzzer turn on and then don’t turn off? What could be causing this? How do I go about debugging it? I have attached a video to demonstrate: vid.me/2rYm

I’ve watched the video and i suspect a bad soldering joint and/or reveresed component.
Could you please post clear and detailed foto’s of the solder and component side?
