Hi how do a fix that the belt don´t grind in to each other at the stepper motors?

Do you mean on the pulley above the stepper motors?

Try to tilt the stepper motors a bit. But not too much. The rubber belt will move to a position where it feels the least tension. This way you can move the belt so that it does not grind the other one.
