Bed temperature freezes when starting to print

Had the same problem with the old version.
Uploaded the new V2 firmware everything’s fine.
Could connect move the x-,y-,z-motors.
Can extrude, can warm up the bed (to 55°) and extruder (to 205°)
No problem so far.
When i want to print an object the bed temperature is stuck on the screen at the temperature you pressed print.
Then the printer does nothing.
When i look in the log file i see no command is being send or received.
Re-uploaded firmware V1 and its the same.
Its like the board freezes.
And sometimes when i try manual reset on the board and reconnecting it sometimes works to print but when i stop the print its all the same again.
Somebody has any idea?

Thank you

Yesterday evening i could print but its like stuck when i press print and after couple minutes its stars to print. Before that it was printing in less then 30sec…

25000 or 250000?

It should be 250000!

Maybe try a different USB cable and look if Power wires ar near the USB cable.

it is 250000. Same settings velleman said.
The thing is i didn’t change a thing.
Only tried using the repetier server.
Didn’t work etc and unstalled it.

Try this software package.

Do you have a link to v1.0.0 or v1.0.5?
Because i like the cura slicer

Why don’t you use the current 1.0.6 from the repetier site?

Now im using the newest version…

Found the problem.
With the new version uploaded i didn’t do the PID autotune with my e3d hotend.
The overshoot is very big and takes long time for the temp.
So did the pid settings for extruder and bed.
In the settings of configuration.h i changed also the settings how long the temp has to be in the range of 3°, i changed it to 5 sec instead of 10 sec.
Now the printer starts immediately.
