finally got my Z-axis disassembled and assembled again. Don’t know what I did different but the Z wobble has gone down to a minimum, not completly disappeared but to a state I can live with
The printer does produce som ripples a.k.a. shadows a.k.a. ghosting but i guess that is to be expected from the vibrations the machine produces when it’s printing.

That is called ringing, if you want to control the ringing you can lower the standard accelerations value. This can have some side effects and slower prints but it will definitely improve the ringing.
