Of course, you do not need the fan delay modules.

The relay contact that controls the lamp (Rlamp) must be programmed as ‘toggle’, controlled by the pushbutton.
The relay contact that controls the fan (Rfan) must be programmed as ‘ON’ controlled by Rlamp
The relay contact that controls the fan (Rfan) must also be programmed as ‘activated mode’ controlled by Rlamp
By means of the rotary switches, choose Rfan mode: ‘trigger on release’ and select the desired delay.
