Bad surface?

Hej,
maybe I’m too sophisticated :- )
I think the surface is a little bit too wavy for 0.1mm .
at 0.2mm , it is even worse.
at 0.05mm , it is only marginally better .
I want to print models in scale 1: 160.

I continue to have the problem of warpings in pla .
maybe you can see it on the image .
the bed is aligned with a gauge (messuhr), the glas is unfotunalety not completely flat (ca 0.07mm)
and the z- axis highnes is adjusted with a feeler gauge (Fühlerlehre).
Printer settings are set by the vertex software.

Does anyone have a solution for me?

and as a last question :
Is it possible to take HIPS or PVA as supporting material ???
Does anyone have experience ?

Unfortunately, I get the support structure not actually removed .

Thanx and best regards.

HIPS works like ABS (I read it here on the forum not my experience since I don’t have HIPS filament).

Scale N (1:160) is really small, you need to calibrate your Vertex really carefully and experiment with the printsettings to achieve an optimal result.

Cheers,
Dylan

I Think You have Z-banding. See here for a sollution
