Bad problem to my k8010

I have a big problem to my k8010…
I have have a 440 vdc before R73 and it burning R65 to R71 all the powertube er burning red :open_mouth:
And the 6.3vac is 7.4vac
All the voltage is fault
I have to monoblock butt is only one have this problem…butt the have same voltage…
I have a problem to R74 and it burning to card and it running to hot…

I have this problem form they was new… I have a k4040 this is wery good, I thik I have this inn 10 year It run lovely
What is error?

Measure filament voltage with all tubes inserted.
If voltage is still rather high, set unit to 240VAC.
If all tubes are glowing red, the negative bias is missing.
Check this part of the circuit.
