The problem occurs when i print round things.
The motors are moving very slow then and making strange noises and the print is not exact.
When i am printing other things like a cube this problem dosent come up.
any ideas on this ?
Hy,
- did you change the driver voltage up to 0.5 or 0.55V ?
- are your axes very smooth when you move it by hand ? It must be.
yes i changed the driver voltage to 0,55V and the axes are moving smooth when moving it by hand.
wow, I never experienced such of problem I’m sorry I think that I can’t help you anymore.
But did you try with another slicer program to see if it’s a hardware or a software problem ?
Good luck
Ok thank you i have tried it with another slicer programm and it seems to work better but i dont now why
sometimes, without reasons, some stl files are not sliced very well and produce bad results ?!?
When I have such problems, I try various programs to get different gcode.
After that, if I get bad results, I dismount and clean the printer
