Whenever the printer homes its axis it shudders. The printer moves its nozzle to the far right corner as expected however it continues to move to the right even tho its reached its limit. Because its trying to continue to move to the right when it can’t, it shudders.
In theory I could adjust the limit of the problem axis so it doesn’t shudder but in theory that’d also reduce the print area so i’d quite like that to be my last option. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong? (︎ ՞ਊ ՞)︎
look at the picture from the Vellemann assembly instruction.http://images.velleman.eu/manuals/vertex/building/17/016.jpg
The pulley above the endstop should be located as much as possible towards the sidewall. When it is too far to the center, the slider is stopped by the pulley before the end-stop is reached and activated. This causes a insane noise and some “shuddering”.
