At first I had trouble installing the software for windows XP and on windows7 but finaly it worked after installing some dll files. Now the program starts up, both on XP and 7 but I never see anything happening, I tried to connect to other ports and turning the PC-link on and off in the menu. I can’t change t/div or other settings and don’t see readings. What am I missing? Hope you can help me.

Check the voltage on the control lines (pin 5 as reference gnd) of the com-port
RTS (pin 7) must at least +5V
DTR (pin 4) must at least -5V
