It has been brought to our attention that due to tolerances between items supplied by different manufacturers, there could be an intermittent contact between the BNC ground of the supplied probe and the APS230 BNC connector. At this time, our engineering dept. is working towards a solution. Should you experience such a problem, you can easily solve it by slightly bending the ground connection, as indicated. There is no need to return the unit.

Il a été porté à notre connaissance la possiblilité d’une présence de contact intermittent entre la connexion BNC à la masse de la sonde fournie et le connecteur APS230 BNC dû à des tolérances entre les articles fournis par différents manufacturiers. Notre département technique fait son possible afin de trouver une solution au problème. Le problème peut être facilement résolu en pliant légèrement la connexion à la masse comme indiqué. Il n’est pas nécessaire de nous retourner l’unité.
