Advice on Extruder Motor please

I was having problems with when my X and Z Axis when first trying out my printer (solved), so I decided to try out all the Electronics.

When I use the move axis command 0.1 mm on the extruder motor, it doesn’t move.
The motor, cable and driver board are all perfect.

The only thing I can think of that could be broken is the Motherboard itself, but before I return it, I would be glad if you could share some ideas/advice.

I may not have understood you correctly but if you are referring to the motor that extrudes the filament then I think there is a line in the config h file that tells it not to move unless the print head is at a minimum temperature which I believe is 160 degrees.
