By big abs print it wil warp everytime at the same corner small prints is it good

I have a heatbed on 12 Volt i print on 80 degrees higer temp takes for ever to heat up
I use als kapton tape and also 3 dlac and its still warping
my printer has a door and it stands in a room with Windows closed
what else i can do

Some of this you might already know but ill throw it out there anyway

What you can do to add addheasion to the item on a print is when you do the first layer on the bed you can make it thicker about 250% thicker then the normal print width. Also turn off the fan for a bunch of layers with ABS you can turn it on over time. as you probably know the reason why it warps is that the filament gets cooled down to quickly causing the item lifting when the filament scrinks to fast the principle idea with a heatbed is 2 things to slow down the cooling processon the bottom of the print and with the addheasion depending on what your using as a printing surface. My experiens with ABS say 90C+. Lower and your playing with the limit. Another tip is slow down the first layer print a great deal. About 50% of normal print speed is a good idea.

I tried 3DLac a while back and it went into the trashcan pritty fast im afraid. Cosmetic companies should stay away from making stuff like this

ABS needs 110-ish really. Maybe some ABS slurry on the bed will help.

Its now printing fine the printbed was not level correct it was just a small correction
