Read a few tips in the Wiki to achieve more successful prints with ABS.

That said, printing big pieces without any warping is almost mission impossible.

I use ABS Juice for ABS (ABS solved in Acetone), it sticks like a charm, also with large pieces, but you really have to have a high temperature on the bed, every single light breeze can ruin the whole thing.

I found an interesting product called Dimafix.

You spray a thin coat on the heated bed. Heat the bed at about 100° and ABS will stick like a charm, even the biggest pieces. No more warping!! I don’t even use a brim anymore.
When the bed is cold your piece will be very easy to remove. This spray costs about 13€.

where can it be bought Raby? I’ve never heard of it tbh. Thanks for the tip allready!

Kind regards

I bought it here. That’s also where I’m buying my filament (Esun).

Dang, 1kg of abs less than 20€ that’s cheap. How much do they charge for shipping to Belgium? How much do you need to order to get maybe free shipping? I’m not that French savie but if shipping is standard and they ship maybe for free above 100€ I’m gonna do some effort!

Kind regards

Shipping is free above 100€ via Mondial Relay.
