if i put the changer in it ,no led is on , if i put the on switch in the on position then the display goes on/off quickly
no sign of working…
is the battery completly dead, and i have to wait for several hours?

i opened the charger… the base connection of t2 was broken from the pcb … made in china … i soldered a wire from the base to 2 other connections of the pcb and now it gives 9 volt
the led of charging is now on and the hps140 starts …
So i am happy now with a working device , now i have to find some glue to close the charger
