8600 Nano Heating Failed

I just finished the construction of my Nano.
I did the calibration of the Z Axis.
The I put a PLA filament inside the extruder and tried to load the filament, but when the temp reaches +/- 150 °C it gives the error “Heating Failed”
What could be wrong ?

Wrong placed thermistor?
If its measuring the air around the hotend the hotend will reach much higher temperatures.
Could you measure the hotend with external thermocoupler?
