"6 Commands Waiting"

I recently pulled my 3d printer off the shelf and used the custom Repetier software package offered on the velleman website.

there seem to be an issue with the printer receiving the commands. when i press connect on Repetier software says 6 commands waiting and just add more when i try to use manual control. Not sure what to do from here.

Go into “Printer Settings” top right corner.
Under “Connections” check the following.
Correct “Port”
“Baud Rate” = 250000
“Reset on Connect” = Disabled
