3D board failing?

Dear,

I am new to this
In juli I bought my first 3D printer as a test bed a vertex nanok8600.
Now the stepper motor VOO extrusion. Stop working he doesn’t turn any more in it’s normal Chiquit connection. I can control this motor whit another connect like z axle, np he work, but not in its own dedicated connection on the board.
No disconnection is visible. Do I need to flash reset the board is er a wang to test the board?
Many questions.
Kind regards

Hello Bestco,

The board can be tested with the manual control system with Repetier software (manual control).

But since Extruder motor does not work via the normal connection, but via eg x-motor connection.
It looks like the stepper driver for Extruder on mainboard is faulty.
In this case I can refer you to our service ticket platform for request for spare mainboard, or RMA request for full check / repair. You can create a ticket here: https://customercare.velleman.eu/
