2volt on speaker output

Hi,
I have just assembled the 4005 with the APS200 PSU.
The input voltage is just fine, but its just the LD2 diode that work and over both speker output I measure allmost 2 volt, 1,8
Anyone know what this can be?

Is that with speaker connected ?

Hi, no that is before speaker is connected.
But the LD1 diode is not lighting

One supply rail is interrupted for some reason. Check assembly and wiring.

It could be one of the fuses, (F1) or maybe that IC1 is not appropriately connected. and may also be wrong polarity on ZD1 or faulty R35
